Blogs are good.
We tie a google blog directly to our home page and it helps to add
current content and allows us to keep up a dialog with our customers.
We have discovered that a regular commercial site combined with the
blog works great.
But the necessity of organizing content is a little more complicated
using the blog's limited ability.
Blogs are also considered "discussion based" sites, where Frank most
likely would focus on display.
See our site at http://cochrans.com
BTW, after 20 years, we are putting the business up for sale. Training
and equipment/software included. Gross about 90k, 4-5 months of part-
time work per year, work from home, anywhere. We do it from a beach
resort in Mexico using the internet, where living is cheap and we can
scamper off on one of two sailboats.
We're finishing up a new boat and want to take it to Europe and the Med.
