Hot Tip:
Get yourself an 8 x 10 foot tarp ($5.00) and 4 spring loaded clamps ($2.00
ea = $8.00) and two 6 ft awning poles (the kind that come with cheap free
standing tarp/awning set -- prox $15.00) and two stakes and two guy lines
(prox $5.00) and you have a MUCH cheaper awning that is MUCH lighter weight
and not much more work to put up (use 4 clips to clip one side of awning to
rain gutter). It also has the added safety feature that the clips will pull
out in a high wind leaving your tarp undamaged.
