Hi John,

Thanks, Knowing how it generally works for others, helps. I’d like to get it out to speed things up for my rust work helpers. I will not be putting it back alone. I have a friend that has done it before and I’ll let him lead the install part. Still once I’ve worked through it once and got my hands on the project, I might be able to lead future window work. For now I’m just focusing on removel.

What seems stuck for me now is the outside. The inside is soft and I can work it away from he metal edge. But the outside seems tight to the metal or glass.

I’m always learning something new with these vans!
