Hi Spencer,
I’m replying to you, the list and Jim, our amazing list helper. The list is alive and active though quietly so. Messages sometimes go to my spam and sometimes to my inbox. In most cases still my junk box. I check it a couple times a day.
Also, I more often receive messages if someone replies to one.
Glad you are still here and, I’m still very proud of my B pillar handle mod. I now have it on both my vans! The tilt out really makes a difference and I think the height I chose is working out great.
If others that see it end up doing it I’ll know I made a healthy impact on the van community.
Last year a curtain mod I did on my 84 took off and several early vanagon folks now use it. That made me proud!

Yours is the only post I receive in this old AOL email account. Is the Gerry server broke? Thanks Eric and I do follow your posts keep em coming.

It makes stepping into the van much easier, and stepping out is a bit easier when going forward, but if you are willing to step out backwards it makes stepping down much easier.
