Ugh...there all always "shifty" characters. And they are getting more clever, more shiftier. That drug dependence....man, that thing is real....and they truly hate their lives but they don't see any alternative. Trying to survive. Nope, I don't want my Vanagon forcefully entered any more than you. But this drug thing.....heck....it is real and a part of our daily lives. Yes, it is all a shifty situation. And, it is extremely hard to have compassion after that event. To understand: comprehend the difference between a normal rational mind with sound reasoning.....and then compare it with a screwed up mind with irrational reasoning, with a little chemical stuff going on; once you do that, it all starts making sense.

My problem with camping in California was Californians. At Angeles, it was
a good thing we took a picture of our campsite tag on the post with my
brother's car in the background. It came in handy when somebody stole it
while we were away. We ran the squatters off and got the site back. Another
time we left the usual "signs" that we would be back to our site by leaving
a few items on the camp table. That always works here in Alabama, but when
we returned to our site the camping items had been taken.
