What I actually mean Stuart is the conglomeration of brass fitting BEHIND
the hookup that is accessed by removing the screws from the outside of the
vehicle and pulling it out a bit. Get that out and in a vice and take it
apart. It could always be split plastic, of course, but that usually
happens first thing in the spring when the car is put into use after a
freeze.
