My 90 Westy automatic has done the exact same thing ever since I had it.
I'd like for it to drive like without the brief hesitation after a stop,
but thankfully, it has never stalled or failed to start. Thanks to this
forum, I've been much better about taking it in for routine service than I
have with my 2002 Jeep Liberty! I'm getting an idea of what I should
discuss with my mechanic the next time I take it in for routine servicing.
