Steve, The head I took off this engine tonight came off VERY easily, less than 45 minutes, BUT both sleeves stuck to the head, one pulled out completely, the other one did not. This was not a concern since this engine is sitting on my garage floor and is more or less a parts engine. I have the same concern about getting the head off the engine that is still in the van!
