Whoops, forgot to add something I found on the web on starting a
car-sharing cooperative, for those of you that are interested.

I doubt the author had a Westy in mind. More like a Prius used for in-town
stuff. But that's not to say it couldn't work. Plenty of pitfalls, for
sure....
