This is from Karl Mullendore from Syncro16 forum:
"ETKA page 153-10 show the pump and harness. Looks like a different
wiring loom, with added circuits going to the relay panel, and likely
there is another relay added in the panel that activates along with the
windscreen washers."

G10 connecter on back of the fuse/relay panel is hot when windscreen washer activated... sends signal to a relay (called J29 - supposed to be in position 13 on panel, thats on the left, first row of relays above fuse panel proper). Relay gets its switched power, the juice for the pump from one of the "P" connectors on back of the panel.

One is the same as that found on your Vanagon. The second pump is a high pressure unit similar to the ones found in VW & Audi products with headlights washers.

>> Well, I was testing pumps last night in the process of finding a good one to send to Alistair. That got me motivated to start connecting the squirters in my Doka. The plumbing is a no brainer. Hoses just 'T' together. The wiring on the other hand left me with a question. How does one operate the headlight washers? Should they be wired with the windshield washer pump? The gauge is much thicker for the high pressure pump which leads me to believe there might be a separate circuit for it.
