I once owned a small truck stop and tire dealer. I sold a set of tires to a rather nice somewhat
spacey woman. There was construction at her house and about a week after she got her new
tires she called to say one had a nail in it and was flat. I told her that if she could get someone
to take it off and bring it to me I would fix it or repair it under the road hazard warrantee.
She showed up at the shop about three hours later. She couldn't get anyone to take it off
so she decided to just drive in. On the flat. ~45 miles! She couldn't understand why I couldn't
fix it nor why I wanted to see her a new wheel!
