        The difference in times is easily explained by the two types of water fill inlets, the old style with the metal key and white plug and the newer style and only style available for sale now, with the plastic key and a flip down door.  Yes, for sure the newer style is a PITA to fill, Trevor, are you listening, you have the moulds, and the ability to redesign the water tank inlet port.  AND, to fill the tank by the inside on top inside that cabinet, well, I don't know what the rest of you do with that closet but I USE it, it's chock full of dishes and other food serving related items, the time to remove all that and get it back in there so it fits again would FAR outweigh the time to fill the tank from the outside !
