The only thing in the fuel system that comes to mind that would be "drilled
out" is the factory seal on the air/fuel mixture screw on the AFM. That's
what you would do in order to remove the seal so you could make adjustments
to the air/fuel mixture. That's consistent with my thought that this
*isn't* a vapor lock situation, it's a "too rich" situation caused by a
weakened AFM air vane spring. Adjusting the air/fuel mixture shouldn't play
into a vapor lock situation.
