Hokay.
1. Okay, since Al vouches for Jeff, I accept Jeff's claim that he can
mash the thing into the case.
2. I have printed out Al's instructions. We're going camping this
weekend and I will follow them carefully. If they work, I will put my
mini-review of the Shady Boy on the wiki, and (with Al's permission) add
these instructions in a "Al Sez" how-to postscript.
