Folks,
Just got an update from Daryl of AA Transaxle in WA.
Thought I'd pass it along.
Hectic week, but wanted to thank you for the books...(even the coloring one)
Got halfway thru the history of VW one in the first 2 days..cool stuff and
lots I had forgotten or never knew.
Feeling almost normal again this week (been 30 days since chemo) and
wrapping up everything here in prep to move to Seattle proper for 30
days..Will keep updating the blog once I get there. Moved some stuff in
today and finish tomorrow. Hard to go from 2500 sq feet to 800..will miss my
43"flat screen for sure.
Start on Tues with the Malphalan "weed Killer" then transplant itself on
Thurs..then its downhill from there for 12 to 15 days till the counts come
up and I start to feel better and gradually stronger.. Likely end up in the
hosp for a few days or a week at some point (typically anyway).
Got some cards magazines and toys from several guys..makes me smile to know
they took the time for little old me...
But thanks and feel free to relay this msg to the Vanagon list if you want
to.
