Joy got it right, except I'd include S. Carolina. The ones you
mentioned are border states (other than Louisiana, which is just
Louisiana, like Texas is just Texas. Florida, same story as Texas.
But, in both Texas and Florida, there are sections more akin to the Deep
South than the rest of the state -- Florida the Panhandle, Texas, East
Texas.
