What makes you think American jobs are not dependent upon the health of
Nissan Toyota,, BMW and the like?
At least they are well run automobile manufacturing companies and they
provide many jobs for American workers. Who would you rather work for? Chevy
or Toyota?
I still think the government should have sold GM to Toyota. Then they might
have had a chance. The new GM looks a lot like the old GM doesn't it?
