 8:01 est Velma arrives home!
7100 miles and 2 weeks after embarking on a brave and adventurous journey
across the continent, The travelers, 6 high school graduates from Sandwich,
Massachusetts, arrived back to their starting place, looking no worse for
wear!
The slow pace of their 1981 Volkvagon Vanagon did not get the better of
them, even after day upon day of non-stop driving in order to keep on
schedual.
Asked if they were ready to strike out again on another Vanagon adventure,
the answer was a definative "no".
Give it 20 years!




Thanks again from the parents of the 6 men, to the members of the
Vanagon.com List for invaluable help and support throughout the journey!
We knew that they were never really alone.
