------Mechanical------
____ Fuel system: Inspect fuel injection/carburetion system operation, fuel
lines, hose clamps, fuel pump, filters, fuel tank, overflow reservoirs, vapour
recirculation, filler and cap.

____ Intake system: Inspect air filter, air flow meter, intake hoses, clamps,
tubes, leaks, connections, condition.

____ Cooling system: (water-cooled) Pressure test for leaks. Inspect radiator,
water pump, belt, coolant level, heads, heaters, valves, hoses, connections,
temperature sensors. (air-cooled): tin covers, thermostat, flap, foam
insulation.

____ Intake system: Inspect air filter, air flow meter, intake hoses, clamps,

____ Ignition system: Inspect distributor, cap, rotor, points, advance

____Clutch: Inspect master & slave cylinders and or cables, adjustment, leaks,

____Steering: Inspect (power steering) fluid level, belt, leaks, line
condition, rack bushings, u-joint, tie rods, wheel bearings, alignment,
operation. (manual) rack bushings, tie rods, flex joints, wheel bearings,
alignment, operation.

____ Suspension: Inspect, ball joints (upper & lower), swing arm bushings,
torsion bars, shocks,
