I've had issues with the throttle hanging up a bit on my '85 manual
transmission 1.9 (set up with '84 dual throttle switches).
I kept trying to figure out a solution, then i got enraged and just bent the
output of the throttle body (where the accelerator cable meets) upwards
accordingly (just a bit). No problems ever sense.
If it looks like it's rubbing there, "adjust" it.
