Hi Robert,
Put some Marvel Mystery oil down the spark plug holes and then apply
torque in both directions, rocking it a bit each way. Do this on a daily
basis and it will slowly break free, but it could take a week or more
before you can turn it a full 360 degrees.
This technique is the preferred method with the vintage motorcycle
crowd, no reason it shouldn't do the trick opn a WBX engine.
