Get a 17MM allen or weld some nuts onto a 17mm bolt as a removal tool for
the plugs..
Or even buy the tool from one of the online vendors...bus depot likely has
one...
Plug is kinda behind the shift linkage where it bolts to the trans and its
kinda tight getting tools in there .
Remove the plug and the fluid level should be at the bottom of the fill hole
or no more than 1/2" below it.
Drain plug is at the bottom of the bell housing. Always remove the fill plug
first when doing an oil change..If the fill plug is siezed , you will have a
fun time refilling the trans thru the drain hole....
