I have imported 2 westies from the U.S. the proper process is to have 3
copies of the title and i belive 3 copies of the bill of sale stop at the
U.S. customs office export building drop your paper work off. You can also
ups it to customs I have learned. Wait your 72 hours for them to give you
clearance show up with the vechical in question. Then take it to the
Canadian crossing and import it to Canada ( first time they turned Canada me
around as i hadn't passed by U.S. export office). Pay your fedral tax and
duties in Quebec they collect the provincal when you licance it 100.00 for
a/c which for some reason only the first one had ?? wierd they ask you but
don't check ..... Bring it home then go pass provincial inspection and plate
it.
