If a member of this list ever has his engine on fire, only himself is to
blame. Not a month passes without mentioning the changing of the fuel
lines. I even offered for the Seattle area members to go to their homes to
change them with the correct rated fuel lines and fuel line clamps.
Ben is a noble person who has spent many days and poured his heart out in
the service of the Vanagon Love. He is a king among us. And there are a
few others who do the same with great humility and serving the List, putting
their time in to write us all the detailed messages to save the Vanagons.
There is not one item that has not been discussed many times all over again,
that are new to new owners but old to us many, yet we still read them and
learn.
Thanks Ben. Thanks for saving many of the vans from fire and other
breakdowns and putting hopeless cases back to life. You are a star.
