The very first place I went after I repaired the line...Auto Parts store
for new lines..
The Van I have has a transplanted motor and I visually 'checked' that fuel
line when I replaced the fuel pump, thinking..."Hey, I think this line has
been replaced" But after having some of it in my hand, in daylight, out
from under the bus, I can see it is older, perhaps even the original...
You are right, Benny, assume nothing! Check everything yourself, so you
KNOW for sure what you have...I should know better, having been 'bit' by
having some so called "professional" do something to my race car, only to
have whatever they did be "Not right"...and cost me races, or worse..cause
me to waste time and money going across the US only to have a big problem
after just a few practice laps...
Next thing I will check, personally, before I drive again is my brake
lines...
Yes, I was lucky after being very bad...
