This is a unique bulb assembly with a plastic base used on a number of VWs,
Audis, BMWs and Mercedes. It's essentially a VW N177512 bulb permanently
soldered to the plastic base mount. Not sure if you will have success in
finding this unique bulb assembly in LED. There isn't even a SAE, Sylvania,
Guide Lamp or equivalent aftermarket number for this European only bulb
assembly.
