Within that tutorial, you'll find a link to pdfcreator:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
pdfcreator sets up as an additional printer and any windows program
(ETKA 7 included) can use it. You just select Print in ETKA, then
choose the pdfcreator as the printer and it saves a .pdf document to
your hard drive. Then when you send an email, select Attach ... and
select the saved .pdf doc.
