true, but not always
a lot of times the oil cooler oring goes bad because of excessive freezing
temps and cracks upon start up in the morning. this is a very common
occurance and does not mean the hoses are neccessarily bad, but if you are
going in, might as well replace the hoses anyways :) (cheap insurance less
expensive then spendy breakdowns!)
