Joy, sorry, but this comment seems too judgemental. It might make
people reluctant to share information. I think that people should
share information on factors that affect emissions testing and let the
individuals decide whether to try tricks to pass emissions testing.
There may be people on the list that don't care about the environment.
There may be people that care deeply about the health of the planet.
There may be gross polluters and there may be people that lust for low
emissions vehicles. There may be people that share the same views
as you on religion, politics, and the environment. However, there are
people that have different views too.
I'm not here to discuss religion, politics, the olympics, or the
environment. Let's keep the topic to the vans.
