Hi Shawn,
I don't recall being hit with duty --- just brokerage/PST/GST. Don't know
about used parts ---- I've bought a few used parts from people on the list
and I always get them to put a value of less than $50 and "Gift" on the
declaration ---- no duty and no problem. You could also think about
getting a list memeber in Washington State to hold the stuff for you and
take a roadtrip to get it.
