Mark, etal,
The more I think about this, the more I think this is not a good idea.
The engines are not mechanically the same: different cam, different
bore/stroke, power range, intake, exhaust, etc. all this would change the
maping of the engine computer. Changing this maping is a major undertaking
in a lab. The timing being off is just the tip of the iceburg. Forget
this idea.
