I'm 6' 1" Andrew, but I have long arms/legs short torso. My arm length is
77". There is usually a coincident arm length and height but I'm "short" for
my arm length. (must have been tall in another life) That's why I left off
the extension, it runs the shifter into me and puts it too high for my
comfort.
