Important Note: The reason that the olympic catalytic heaters are $200
cheaper than anything else on the list is that they are not vented, thus
they cannont be used in an unvented space without having a window open.
They do have many safety features such as low oxygen shutoff which *may*
save your life if you decide to use it with the windows closed while
sleeping but you too many people have died in their RVs to justify taking
this risk to save $200. Ive done lots of research for my new westfalia
and have decided on the Atwood Everest Star 12,000 BTU heater:

for a forced air propane heater and only costs $375, which is about the
cheapest out of your list. I used to have a plat cat and liked it a lot
except that its only 5900 BTU's which is'nt really warm enough for camping
in the single digits.
