Fahrenheit = Celsius
195 F = 91 C
185 F = 85 C
140 F = 60 C
85 F = 16 C

Thanks for the data David.
Unfortunatly, My gauge needle is still at "high".After
getting the engine hot, I stuck a home cooking
thermometer inside the coolant reservior to get a temp
reading of the coolant and it said 195F degrees. I
also pointed a "lazer thermometer heat gun" at the
engine head and it read 185F degrees. I also pointed
the gun at the radiator and it read 140F at the
bottom. At the top of the radiator it read 85F, why is
this? Is radiator clogged up there? SORRY FOR NOT
HAVING CELCIUS DATA:)
Do I have a broken gauge?
Thanks
Phil
