Hi,

I am also glad to hear people concerned about using tether straps properly.
 They have only been required in US vehicles since September '99, so a lot
of people haven't discovered them.  I noticed in a brochure for the 2001
Eurovan, that the tether strap anchor points for the back bench seat fold
down from the celing out of recessed storage pockets.  I presume they are
on a good structural member.  I was impressed!

This picture was a weekender with a Westy top -- I do not know if the US
Eurobagos will have the tether strap anchoring point as well, of if that
would be deleted because of some sort of RV classification or to make room
for the jacuzzi plumbing!  :-)
