I have over twenty years experience, but every malady is a new
adventure. That's why I like these lists. Usually there is someone
who is having or has had the very same problem or set of
circumstances. I find it useful also to bounce various ideas as to
the cause and remedy off other enthusiast. It keeps you thinking.
I just ordered a new F. P. regulator for my 87 Vanagon, but the
Vacumn is 12 #+ and the fuel pressure at idle is 33# so I think that
unit needs a new FPR.
If I didn't have so many VW's I think I'd have to much time on my
hands. This keeps me busy so I don't have time to beat my wife.
