Thanks everybody for your thoughtful input regarding having the list server
insert the word "vanagon" in the subject line (and those of you considerate
enough to remind me that I left my subject line empty). Unfortunately, my
email server (hotmail) doesn't appear to allow for organizing into folders
based on whom the message is addressed "to", only whom it is "from". It
doesn't work to have the list server's address in the "from" sorter, because
it doesn't come from the list server, it just comes through it. The "from"
address is given as the original poster's address.
Anyway, not a big deal, just thought it might be convenient.

I do not Know what E-Mail program you are using? I am presently using
Outlook Express & All my Vanagon E-Mail goes to the vanagon folder. I also
belong to a couple of other lists & each has it's own folder. Even
advertisements (junk mail) goes to the advertisement folder, this way 98% of
what ends up in my inbox is personal mail. so I know when I have a message &
I can look at it first. So even if I get 500 E-Mails a day it's all set up
so I can look at what I want when I want without searching Through lots of
E-mail. I also find it amusing all the people that leave the list because
they can't handle a couple hundred E-mails a day.
Also Mick it would help if you put something in the subject line describing
your E-Mail?
Enjoy,
Greg
